Technician – John Gardner – today was excellent. Fixed problem right away. We have a VERY OLD garage door and opener (approx 35 years) and this is only the second time we have required service since Thomas V Giel Co did the installation!! Great service department and very fair pricing. Highly recommend them. (Wish other contractors we’ve had to our residence to do other types of work were as good as them!)
