We had Thomson Giel put in our garage door over 20 years ago. We called and explained that our garage door opener was not working. The technician’s name was John not only was he very honest but a really great guy. John looked at it and showed me where the problem was due to a power surge. He had to put in a new circuit board in and quoted me the price. We had a quote before John showed up and I can honestly say we saved hundreds of dollars by calling Thomson Giel.
