Circuit boards and batteries are EXCLUDED.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE CUSTOMER INSTALL SURGE PROTECTION ON ALL GARAGE DOOR OPENERS PURCHASED THROUGH THOMAS V. GIEL CORPORATION.
Remainder of TV Giel Warranty is transferrable to the next home owner at a minimal charge of $79.00 to the home buyer.

Thomas V. Giel Corporation Limited Labor Warranty
(Separate from factory warranties):
- 3 years on Sunair products / 1 year on all other manufacturers (Excludes damage caused by wind, heavy rain, acts of God, and other natural causes)
Sunair Warranties as follows:
- Sunair & Suntube: 15 year limited frame / 2 year cable warranty
- Sunstar: 8 year limited frame / 2 year cable warranty
- Sunchoice: 5 year limited frame / 2 year cable warranty
- Motors: 5 years (excludes remote and battery)
